Arlo pro unable to sync 1 of 4

I have been using the Arlo pro 4 cameras system for over a year with no problems. About 10 days ago I lost the connection to one camera. I have since rebooted the base station tried to re sync and swapped out the batteries but I cannot get the camera to sync. The blue light on the camera will blink but it will continue to blink for 20-30 seconds and not sync. I removed the device from the list of the cameras and tried adding a new device but I cannot get the camera to sync. Any ideas? You helpi is appreciated. Thanks.

Pull the battery and replace... reboot the base with the power button.

When base coems fully back do a QUICK press on the base sync button, a sec later the camera's.

 

If it doesn't work, attempt the same with the ac adapter plugged in

Ok. Battery was replaced and I know it is fully charged. I tried all your suggestions but it did not work. The blue led on the camera will blink and blink but does not siync. I plugged in the power cord to the camera but now the blue led does not even come on the camera when I try to sync. Any ideas?  Thanks.
