Arlo pro--trying to reboot remotely with chrome browser or android phone

I have gone to Settings--my devices--my base station name--at this point there is nothing else for me to choose.......???

If you tried to reset the PRO from the settings you found it doesn't have that option ...... there is nothing else to do remotely.

 

Some how it sounds like it lost connection to your base and will need to be re-synced

I'm confussed, because I have read on other question that people were able to access, but they did not go into exactly how the were able to reboot remotely. 

 

IF anyone has knowledge of this can they please help.

If the option to restart isn't available then this suggests the device is offline/not accessible. This could be due to loss of internet connection, power failure etc. You would need to be present at the location to further troubleshoot the cause.
