so my parents have the same Arlo set up as I do. Neither of us have a subscription. My set up is still recording to library but theirs has stopped! I understand the new cameras need a subscription to record to library but we have the old ones. Anyone have a fix for this?

@BrookeN sounds like another backend sync request.

 

OP, you'll need to provide their account email in a DM to Brooke (NOT here) for this to happen.

@Loufromperth can you dm me the email address for your parents Arlo account and I can look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

Also his wireless cameras are now recording, but the inside wired one isn’t 🤷‍♀️

Thank you for providing that. Have them watch their cameras throughout the day and see if the behavior they were seeing is resolved.
