I have an outdoor camera that is not working. The battery works when I change it with another camera. Any suggestions on what I can try to get it working?

If you plug AC power into the camera does it work? Try it with and without battery. If not, the camera is toast.

When charging it (attached to AC) the camera does not work.

Is this also the case when you remove the battery and attach the camera to the charger?
