Arlo pro one camera will not sync

one camera will not sync, what do I do

pull batttery , replace

power cycle the base using the on/off button

let base come back online

QUICK push of the base sync button( don;t hold ), then push the camera sync button

if above fails, do a full reset of the base ( hold in the reset button for 10 secs till the front leds flash amber , and then repeat above
