I just bought the Arlo Pro 2 camera with base unit kit a few days ago. it seems one of the cameras tends to go offline during the day or evening without notification. I am not too far from the base unit and I have tried swapping the 2 cameras from their locations but the same camera keeps going off line intermittently and actually burns through the battery trying to reconnect. I bought this kit from Best Buy and maybe thinking I should try getting them to exchange the one camera, or has anyone dealt with Neatgear (Arlo) support where they would send a replacement?

I would head back to Best Buy, I found the support to be less than adequate myself, plus there is no 800 number and it is based outside of US. You will have to return the whole thing I guess.

Swapping the system at the store is a fast option.  There's also the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
