Arlo pro offline but camera still records. Tried resetting Base Station/modem and replaced cable.

My arlo pro base station says it’s offline but the cameras still record. Every time I reset the base station or the modem it works for a couple of hours then stops. Now I can view one of my cameras but when I click on the details it says it’s not connected. I’ve replaced the cat5 cable connecting the modem to the base station

Is this happening on the Arlo app on your phone device and/or the web client on your computer?
