Arlo pro not working properly. Low or no Sound at all

Bought 3 set Arlo pro with base station couple of days back. Not able to hear anything through camera when tried 2 way talk. After pressing microphone button during live stream it gives me a big green button to hold and talk, tried pressing and talk, but there is no audio coming out from camera speaker. When tried from PC it is working but not through app. This is a big no no as i cannot use the feature that i'm looking for. Cannot carry laptop all the time. Is there a solution for this?
Phone: Iphone 6s with ios11
Arlo App version: 2.4.4
Arlo Pro Camera Firmware: 1.092.0.5_13833

If this is working on the web client on your laptop but not your mobile device, it sounds like an audio issue with the mobile device. Check your iphone Audio settings and make sure the output volume is appropriate.
