Arlo pro not charging vmc4930p

I am trying to charge arlo , lost thw original adaptir but using a samsung adaptive 5v/9v output charfer. Tried also multiple usb-a cables. 
the blue light blinks for a few sec followed by orange few blinking . The battery is dead but the cameras is functioning well when connected.

the batter icon on app shows full green with connection sign.

please advise

Do you have multiple cameras?  Or just one?

If multiple cameras, do they all behave this way?

I only got this one camera, please advice how i can find out if battery is dead , please see my original post. thank you for your  support.

 With battery inserted and without batter inserted this is the apps signal

@LadyEden:  Another option is to purchase a replacment charger

Although the first one is more expensive, it will charge a fully dead battery.

There are cheaper third-party stand-alone chargers that say they are compatible, but I've never used one.
