I ordered 2 batteries from Arlo for an Arlo Pro.  The batteries I received did not fit my model.  When I tried to follow the instructions to return them, the system refused to let me in.  Tried a "chat" with a non human,  and after about 30 tries and different wordings  got nowhere.  I then went to locate  the phone number at corporate headquarters which seems to be non existent.   There does not seem to be any HUMAN that a customer can connect with to get any type of information.  It is frustrating and not a way to do any type of business.  After this email, I will be mailing the batteries to the CEO  and also contacting the Better Business Bureau  to ask them to look into the many companies who refuse to publish a phone number with a Human attached to it to help resolve issues and to answer, in person, certain questions.  I  will now buy an aftermarket battery and look for another manufacturer, other than ARLO for my needs in the future.
