Arlo pro live "please wait"

My Arlo Pro cameras - VMS3340-100NAS - record and allow me to view videos, but live streaming doesn work.  I get "please wait" and then it times out.  Occurs on all 4 cameras, any time of day or night.  I changed router, but same name and password as before and all else works in the house and on all devices (including Arlo pro cameras -- except "live" streaming.  Help needed.

Are you using the app or a browser? If the browser, what one? Have you tried not only the app and browser but also had different browser? The latest Chrome update introduced an issue:
