Arlo pro doesn't show live video

Hi all, 

updated Arlo App on iPhone 13 doesn't show the live image of my Arlo pro cameras. 

The icon remains in spinning mode without loading any image.  The amazon echo show does the same. No live image.

Motion detection and recording seems to work fine. 

Does anybody solve the problem?

Try removing and resyncing the camera. Do you still experience the same behavior?

yes, I did it few times, but the result is the same.

Am I the only one is experiencing the problem?
