Hi there,

Twice now its happened where one (the same one both times) of my cameras do not record for some time and are offline and not responsive on the devices screen of the app. Once I pull the camera down and plug it in it takes some mucking around pulling out battery etc to get the blue leds to flash and start working. Both times battery level above 70%. Is this a common problem? Do I have a dud camera/battery?

Ted

First thing I would do is fully charge up the cameras, then swap the location of the two...This would allow you to determine if it is the camera or the location causing issue.  If it happens again to the same camera in the new location, then I would contact Netgear Support

I would swap the battery from another camera into this camera to help determine if the problem might be the battery or the camera. I'm skeptical that it's wifi or location based
