Go to My Devices and into that camera settings. From the Video Settings section you will see the static image or focal image for that camera. On the lower left side of that static image click zoom and then using two fingers if it is an tablet or phone zone in and use one finger to move or pan that zoomed focal point. If you are using the web app use the mouse instead of your fingers. Make sure to click the same zoom icon to save that zoom setting.

The above only actually crops the picture seen, it does not change anything else.
Also, remember that even tho the picture is cropped, the PIR that detects motion covers the normal entire field of view
Morse is faster than texting!

TomMac is correct. The lens itself not adjustable on the Arlo cameras. However, the information provided will adjust what you see just not what the camera can see.
