Arlo pro camera ' device is off- line' error message.

Bought 3 Arlo pro cameras a month ago. Connected all up no problem and all 3 worked well.

After approx 3 weeks one of the cameras stopped connecting to the internet. The error message read " This Arlo device is off-line". I charged the battery (just in case) and removed the camera and re-synced it with the base station and it started to work OK for about 1 hour but has stopped again. Just emoved the device and have tried to re-sync and this time when I press the camera sync button there is no light, it appears to be dead. Before the removed the devce I checked the battery power and it is reading as fully charged.

Help?!!

You can try swapping batteries or running the camera from the power supply. If those don't help, open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
