Arlo pro battery icon vs plug icon?

Why do all three of my cameras show a "plug" icon for the battery indicator when none of them are plugged in? I already tried clearing the cache of the app, as well as deleting and reinstalling it. I have owned 3 other cameras previously that showed a battery icon with the relative charge remaining.

It seems like a bug has popped up...

Have you rebooted the base unit?

 Just tried a reboot. Problem still persists.
