Arlo pro Will Show Live But It Won't Do Anything Else

I have two of theses and just 5 days after I got them just the one stopped with motion and notifications. Now it will show live but it won't do anything else. I pushed the rest button on the top for 10 sec. No help . I need it working any help guys?

The button on the top of the camera is labelled as Sync, not reset. The only way to reset the camera is to reinsert the battery. Is the running man for thecamera in the Devices tab black or gray? If gray, it's disarmed and you would need to check your modes to verify that Armed (or a custom mode) is selected.

 

RESTARTING THE BASE MAY ALSO HELP>

Will it manually record? Are the running men for each camera black or gray? Gray means they're disarmed - have you checked your modes?
