I upgraded our Arlo account to a Premier account and never received the receipt for the upgrade. The total cost was $105.53 and was purchased on 9/21/2017. I have checked the dedicated email for this service and all corresponding folders without success.

This is the wrong place for such a receipt. You'd need to open a case with support. This is just a user forum.
Have you verified that you actually have the Premier subscription in use? Maybe the request never got processed.

I have the same problem and I cant get help anywhere. I have tried calling and finding e-mail for support but vey hard. How can it be so hard to get an receipt for what you have purchased? unbelievable
