Arlo pro -Image hang when picture expand to 2.0x

Does anyone have this issue , I have set the image to optimised , but still the image will hang if I expand fully to 2.0x , I am viewing from my iPhone 7plus , this will happen when I tilt the phone for a full image , but sound is still going well , when is on standard image when I expand to 3.0x , everything is ok , but not when I tilt the phone for full image
