Arlo is offline since 1st of january 2020. Email was changed and says "verisure_blocked_"

my arlo pro cameras are offline since the 1st of january 2020. The base station is green, but still offline.

My email has been changed, a prefix 'verisure_blocked_' has been added to it. I don't know why.

since they changed the email, i was able to register again with my email.

i've added my cameras and base station to the new account i've created and it work fine now.
