Arlo is not allowing me to buy a plan !

Hi,
I'm writing here as Arlo do not give the email of someone for support.

I'm in Australia and Arlo website  is showing me plans in Euros. I want a plan is $AUD.

In the app my location in Australia is correct.
I need a human to check what's going on. It's pretty crazy thinking that I am looking to buy a plan for weeks now but have not been able to.

Hi,

No it's not, I still see plan in Euros, wether I'm logging from my smartphone, my laptop, my wife's mobile.
It's so ridiculous we are considering deleting our account and creating a new one but I think you guys should fix the issue as this should not happen. It's a major loophole from my IT Engineer point of view. Let me know when this is done, thanks

Did you create the account in Australia - or somewhere else?

 

Were you using a VPN when you created the account?
