Arlo down (again) but nothing on the status page (again)

I'm in the US. Evening of 5/8 it kept saying my system wasn't connected to the server so I couldn't change the mode. Today, 5/9, the app allows me to live-view cameras, it is fully armed but no recordings since this morning. (Many people and animals have moved in front of them since this morning.)

 

Why does the Arlo status page never update until the issues are fixed? What is the expected timing on fixing this?

Are you still experiencing any issues? There were no widespread reports of this behavior on 5/8.
