Arlo down 10/20 PM to 10/21 AM?

Was Arlo down between 11:30pm 10/20 to around 2:00am 10/21? We had our front yard camera pick up our motion coming home at 11:30pm, but not pick up the motion of our babysitter leaving out the front door five minutes later.

I should add that there were no other recordings picked up between 11:30pm-2:00am

Then later our interior camera didn’t pick up motion from my young son coming into our room around 2:00am, but then picked up our motion when we were walking him back to his room only a few minutes later at 2:04am. It’s weird that it was picking up some of our motions, but not other across two different cameras.

Any ideas?

Check to see if your firmware versions have changed. Firmware update?

Yes we should. It was weird because the front camera recorded motion minutes before it didn’t captures another motion. Same for the interior camera, didn’t pick up motion, but then six minutes later....
