I use Chrome exclusively. Try flushing the browser cache and Arlo cookies.

Hey @cassy621,

  • Try to enter the following in your browser: chrome://flags/#enable-ephemeral-flash-permission
  • Choose "Disable" and relaunch Chrome and see if that fixes the issue

Did you make sure you have Adobe Flash Player up-to-date?

@cassy621 Go into your settings in the Kaspersky program, then protecton -, web anti virus - advanced settings - configure trusted URL's  and add http://arlo.netgear.com

This should fix the issue with login hopefully.

I have been having the same problem and I use Chrome.

I intially tried clearing the cache but no joy.

In fact I then got a problem with another site not loading correctly

Have now removed Kaspersky and installed BitDefender.

I then reloaded Chrome - using a standalone installer.

This fixed the other site problem but not the Arlo one.

Still getting the same annoying banner.

Hey @asquaredb,

Have you tried the following step shown above that I provided to disable "chrome://flags/#enable-ephemeral-flash-permission"? If that doesn't resolve it, I would suggest contacting our Arlo Support Team. Click here so they can further assist you.
