Arlo didn’t record anything from 12am to 4am?

Was Arlo down? My system didn’t record anything from 12am to 4am?

There seems to be some intermitant issue with recording and live viewing stopping. I've had it happen twice now, today being one. Others in the Arlo beta program have reported it too. If/when you see nothing being recorded, try to live view. You might get an error saying you can only stream 5 cameras at a time, please stop one from streaming. To get things working again you have to restart the base. Problem is the restart button in the android app is greyed out at this point. So you have to log into the website and restart the base from there. After that things will work correctly again. (until / if it happens again).

I'm going to report it again to the Beta team, see if we can get any traction on a solution.

Yeah when i go to live, I can only get 5 cameras to do it. I have a IPhone and went into setting but don’t see a restart button. Is this something I have to do from my Mac computer?

Settings > My devices > choose your base > scroll down > restart
