Arlo devices under the main account are all disappeared and cannot add new devices, but another invited account works very well.

You don't need a subscription for these cameras. The fact that someone who was ghranted access has no issues means it's something about your end. I would reboot the phone and reinstall the app to see if that helps. ALso, try the web client.

I think it's caused by not subscription to the recording service.

I reset the devices for both the main account and sub-account, the issue has been fixed.
