Arlo device appears offline

I am not able to access to my Arlo Pro today. Once logged in to Arlo.netgear.com, it says "Your Arlo device appears offline.."

 

Any idea how to solve this? I've already tried re-starting the Arlo system and also my internet router.

What LEDs are on on the base and what color are they?

It's not this yet is it? It's still quite some time away

Is the battery depleted? Try connecting a charging cable to the camera to see if you experience any different behavior.
