Arlo cameras - not staying connected to base station

After the firmware update this is my error.

This Arlo device is offline

Please make sure it is connected to the Internet. Visit support.arlo.com for help.

If I turn the base station off it works sometimes. If that doesn't I have to remove batteries for a few minutes. It only stays online for a limited amount of time. I need help resolving this issue. Dennis

Try resetting the system by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Start fresh. If it still happens, open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
