Arlo camera need subscription

Hi all

 

i have arlo cameras that when I add says they need a subscription . I’ve removed and re added but still says the same . Can’t be right. Is there a fix?

What camera model?

 

If the camera housing opens, then remove the camera from the housing and take out the battery.  There is a label behind it.
