I either have the Arlo pro or the Arlo pro two and in the last month I cannot get it to work at all. It just shows off-line
the power is on, and I have checked the Internet, which is OK. Does anyone know how I fix this? it doesn’t seem that Arlo has any customer service support

Yes. The ones they are selling today are the VMB4540 and the VMB5000. Both are compatible with your cameras.
One risk here - a lot of folks have had trouble re-installing legacy cameas recently. There's not a lot you can do if you run into that, since your cameras are end-of-life.

Support requires a subscription.

Is the base also off-line?
If not, have you tried restarting it?
Also, have you made sure the camera is charged?

All 4 cameras are plugged in directly to different outlets.
The base shows power but the internet light is not on.
I changed out my ethernet cable and that did not resolve it. I put it into a different working port and that didn't resolve it.
I put the power cord in and out, not resolved.

It sounds like the base has failed.
I guess you could try a paper-clip reset, but I think it is unlikely to bring it back to life. If you do try it, you'll need to remove the cameras and base from your account, and then try to add them back.
