Arlo battery charging and only shows 75%

I recently took down my arlo pro camera to put a black silicone skin on it. I figured since I had it down anyway I would recharge the battery. The battery was already at 75% but after charging for an hour , still shows at 75% on my arlo ios app

Pull the battery and re-insert ...also close theapp and restart...check again.
