i have recently purchased the arlo pro base station with 3 cameras. After about 6 months, the base station now has no LED light showing at all even with the power socket plugged in. I am only hearing this mild ticking sound coming from the base station. I purchased the product from the US and moved to Malaysia recently. It was working fine here until about a few days ago. Appreciate some support in resolving this issue

It could be a failed power adapter (or of course a failed base).
