We recently got a new base and I was able to pair our three Arlo Pro cameras. I invited wife, so she has access to our cameras and we were able to get her access through the web browser, but when we try to get her logged in on the app it won't recognize her device....it says "An error occurred. Please try again." I have made sure her device is part of the privacy settings and is listed as an alternative 2 step verification device and we STILL aren't able to get her access on her phone. And if she goes to the web address through her phone's web browser, we aren't able to access the cameras...the site keeps making us log in when we've clicked to see cameras. So NONE of the suggestions have worked.

Are you saying you can't log into the app on your new phones?  Or something else?

 

Have you tried email verification instead of web push?  If you do that, it is easiest to get the code from a nearby PC.
