My app keeps coming up with message need to update by Sep 30.
My app is at 2.9.1 so when I try updating in App Store only has open.
Why am I getting this message?

Try searching for "Arlo" - you should see two - Arlo as well as Arlo Legacy. You want Arlo.

Do you also have the old legacy app installed on the device? If you do, try uninstalling it.
