Arlo pro trouble - Amber light blinking fast twice

I recharged my batteries today I put the battery back in camera but it just blink an Amber light twice fast..I tried to re sync it still does the same thing what do I need to do to get back online

Make sure the battery is charged. Swap batteries between cameras.
