My Arlo app on phone and iPad suddenly keeps saying getting status and nothing more happens. It was working perfectly before - please help

Open a browser and check using https://arlo.netgear.com/

 

If it works there then I would reload the apps on both devices.

If not then restart the base and see if that fixes it.
