Owning an arlo has been an infuriating experience all year.
The app is incredibly slow to load, it takes ~20-30sec to see teh mode button pop up.... another ~20sec for it to load teh current status... then another ~30sec to load after i click to change the status.
Now clicking on the current status does nothing, i can no longer arm/disarm my cameras - the system is now 100% useless.
Running 2.6.5_233400
Why has the app been utterly garbage non-stop?
I just want to arm/disarm cameras, it is NOT that hard

spent ages on chat with support & managed to find it out myself.
With the new update - its asking for permissions to use your phone to dial numbers.
If you do NOT allow this permission, you go into the mode screen & CANNOT change modes!
You need to switch to devices screen, & then back to mode & it magically goes into the mode selection screen.
If you allow permissions to dial, then it works without issue.
Obviously there's ZERO testing/verification by the devs here... horribly buggy software continues.
