Arlo Pro 4000 hub. Starlink Ethernet adapter. Base station is plugged into the adapter. Multiple unpluggings and repluggings have done nothing. . I am new to Starlink and just trying to get the two to work together. I had the cameras working and then off..then on…now nothing. Worked fine with my Ziply connection that Im about to abandon. Anyone have pointers? Thank you!

What is the LED status on the base? In particular, is the internet LED lit and green?

@ StephenB :
Thank you for reaching out. The LEDs on the 4000 series base were green, orange and green. Power was green, internet orange and camera connection green. Then, the orange went away and was not lit. I plugged the base into the Ziply jack and it worked as it should with all LEDs being green and tge cameras functioning. It appears Starlink doesn't communicate well with the base station despite the Ethernet adapter being used. Im in rural Washington state and want to get away from landline type internet service. Any help is incredibly appreciated.

First, I suggest testing the Starlink adapter with another device that uses ethernet (if you have one).
Some other folks here have reported that the adapter doesn't properly negotiate fast ethernet (100 mbps), which is what the hub uses. If you have an ethernet switch, you could put that between the adapter and the hub. Another thing you could try is to purchase an ethernet "crossover" cable. Personally I'd go with the switch - small gigabit switches are inexpensive, and more useful.

Thank you! Just ordered a TP Link 5 port switch from Amazon (15$). I will see what else I have that uses ethernet. I suspect perhaps the Starlink adapter is bad…? I sure appreciate your input.
