my camera's say off line .  My Arlo Q is working.  how do I get the other 4 camera's online?  I tried restarting base.. nothing.. taking out batteries nothing. help please

What are the LEDs on base showing.... all 3 from left side must be GREEN

 

( remember the  Q hooks directly to your wifi, the Arlo cameras hook to the base unit )
