Arlo System with VMB3500 has stopped recording and saving videos

Our Arlo system has suddenly stopped saving videos. We can still see live video and still get notifications but the videos are not available to review.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
