I keep getting this notification through my email. I don't have any SD card plugged into the base station. I have no idea what's happening. Can anyone help?

Product = arlo pro

Start by rebooting the base.

my SD card is nothing but it also say it's full.And i can't receive any notification in my arlo app even i have set the armed model.What can i do,please help me

WHat have you tried? Have you started by rebooting the base?

Reboot twice, didn't work.
Then I unplug my usb stick that is plugged into the base station, take it to my laptop and full format it. Then the problem solved. I don't receive any email saying SD card is full anymore.

Formatting the usb stick from the arlo app didn't work. So use windows laptop instead. u

@jguerdat yes,I have reboot the base for twice.And I remove and resync the camera.I'm sure all permissions for the app in the phone settings are enabled.But it didn't send any notification for my phone when the motion detected.

@jguerdat The arlo utral include 1 year arlo smart. But in my setting means there is no arlo smart plan. Why?Also,it can't record any video.what's happen to it.
