Arlo Stopped Recording

My mom's arlo system stopped recording.  Could this be a download software issue?  I have seen many others having the same trouble.  What has happened?  I need to get her system back up and working she is elderly and needs the protection.

Check what mode it's in. Maybe she accidentally changed the mode to Disarmed

What is the system saying? there is a possibility the internet went down for a period of time, Interference. If you have anymore information regarding the event we can try and narrow this down.

My mom's arlo system has stopped working since mid July.  I know that her system was rebooted and cameras re-synced.  There are no recordings since July.  Her cameras are armed and set correctly.  She has had this system for a few years. Please help since she lives alone and this is our way to keep track of her.  thanks,

Are the running men for each camera in the Devices tab black or gray? Gray means disarmed - use the Mode tab to check to see what mode is selected. At the very least, Armed should work.
