Arlo Smart Cancellation & Notification Issues
We have an Arlo Pro system with three cameras. I had Arlo Smart, but cancelled it. However, the cameras that were active for Arlo Smart are still acting as if they're on Arlo smart, but I cannot change any of the settings since the service is cancelled. We are getting 2-3 notifications when we should only have one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also rebooted the base station, but still having these problems. My husband and I both use Samsung Galaxy S7 Active with Android for the Arlo app. Help!!
