Arlo Secure App versus Web Page cold weather

So, it went down to -9℉ this morning and on the app it says “Your devices are offline…”

 

While on the web page it says “Temperature is too low….”

 

Why can’t the app say the same thing? 

 

This is annoying as at first I was not sure why the cameras were offline…

 

I attached screen shots…
