My rechargable battery does not charge at all. It used to be working but all of a sudden it stopped.

I have tried swapping two camera's batteries and still the same. I am using a 9V power block.

Whenever I plug it in, it would just show a "plug" logo not the battery with a bolt logo.

It would constantly just show 0% and once you unplug it, it will die.

Help please!

The Pro2 needs the original ac adapter ( it a qualcomm type , dual voltage ).

It needs 9v to charge and 5v to run but is very picky if not the original.

If you are using the original, then read this;

Thanks for your response. We don't know where the original power block and cable is at this point.

The thing is, we used to be able to charge it with whatever cable/power block that we have here.

It's just somewhat frustrating.

Did you try the link above? If that doesn't work and the battery is within the 1 year warranty, open a case with support:
