One of my cameras always shows only 10% battery charge. I have changed the battery several times. The display on the app is incorrect. I have tried un-install-re-install several times. The same 10% is shown on the browser also

I see the Arlo Pro camera in question and it is indeed only got a battery charge of 10%. Which more then likely means that battery may not be good anymore.

I have tried 3 other batteries in different cameras without this issue

I don't think I was clear. The batteries I am using are showing fully charged in my other cameras. This particular camera is showing an incorrect battery level. It has been displaying a battery level of 10% for the last week no matter which battery I use.

Let's try removing the camera from the app, then log out of the app and log back in. Once you are back in the app onboard the camera onto the account again. Once you do that, please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing.
