Arlo Pro won't sync to base blinking red and blue

These cameras have been working pretty good for about a week came home one of my cameras was offline and not working the camera won't sync to the database and it's blinking red and blue any help would be appreciated thank you

Thanks for responding had to call customer support and had to return the camera it was corrupt from a failed update hopefully these things aren't that sensitive got another camera we'll see if it works

Blinking red and blue normally means it's in the middle of a firmware update. If it's been stuck like this for a while, open the camera and pull the battery and then replace and restart the camera. You may need to delete the camera from your devices list and re-sync it. Failing these actions, contact support for some help
