I have a replacement surfboard Arris model SBG7580-AC. When the replacement surfboard modem reboots Arlo Pro will not automatically reconnect. Why?

Sounds like a problem with the modem. How often does it reboot?

Can you manually get it to reconnect? If so, how?

By physically unplugging the base station from the electrical outlet and plugging the base station back in. With a previous surfboard modem Arlo would reconnect automatically if router rebooted. I spent five hours between Netgear, Arris and Comcast support with no resolution.
