Arlo Pro won't recognize cameras at setup

I just purchased the 4 camera Arlo Pro, VMS4430 and I can't get it to recognize the cameras.

Hi can you tell us more information about what os & firmware you're using and the steps you followed to pair the cameras?

Did you follow all of the steps and when you tried to sync a camera with the base station, it wouldnt connect?  After you do the syncing the camera feed will pop up on the app and the arlo web site.
