Base is VMB4000.
Power and Internet lights are solid Green. Camera light is solid Amber.
Performed several factory resets, tried syncing cameras (get rapid blue flashing lights indicating successful connection) but camera light is still solid Amber.
IOS mobile and Chrome app / web app cannot locate the base station.
Is there a way to update the firmware / perform some other check to try and locate the base station?

As your camera led on the base is solid amber it usually indicates that the factory reset has been performed and the base is waiting to be claimed.
Usually if the factory reset was successfully performed while the base was still functional and connected to the internet the base will also get removed from your account.
If otherwise the base remains in your account and will be prevented by you or anyone else from re-adding it.
Check your account mydevices list and remove it from the account before trying to re-add again.
Ensure that the mobile app is using the local wifi network or that the pc is connected directly to the local router by the Ethernet.
